Sashas reviews were so good, I Thought I'd be waiting days or more for a refrigerator repair. He surprised me with a same-day visit and he is as good as the reviewers say. He ran a diagnostic on my nine-year-old GE profile and it was not the worst case scenario; it was the electrical control unit which he had in his truck so was able to repair it that day. Happy that I could get another six or seven years out of this fridge. also had a problem with the icemaker and he was very honest that it wasn't worth repairing. This was my first time getting an appliance repair company in to fix something. I had a phone consultation scheduled within 5 minutes of submitting the request for quote on Yelp and JSB scheduled me for next day service. He showed up on time, called in advance as promised, and fixed my oven immediately. His knowledge of these appliances was incredible as he was able to properly diagnose it over the phone with what I told him and confirmed it within minutes of arriving. Having problems with my dryer on the weekend and put out in a request on yelp and within minutes Sasha responded. I talked with him on the phone and were troubleshooting the dryer and decided he would do more research. He came out the next day and replaced my motor and dryer works perfect. Found JSB Appliance on Yelp after requesting service from Maytag, Lowe's, and Sears who did not have any appointments available for weeks. Couldn't be happier! My Maytag front load washer locked up and stopped working (minus an annoying loud beep every minute) and with laundry piling up I was desperate. Called JSB Wednesday night and by Thursday my washer was up and running, good as new! Service was professional, clean, quick, and affordable!7/3/2020

My washing machine broke down one evening. Sasha came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Then he ordered the part and fixed it, the whole thing repaired within 2 days of breaking down. Sasha is a really nice man! I called him at 10am because my refrigerator in my tenants rental stopped working. He told me he could take a look at the refrigerator between 12-2pm the same day.
