I gave Sasha a call on Friday night, he came out the next day. He listened to my issue and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. I really appreciated how he made me feel comfortable watching the process and learning more about the mechanics of the washer, and what and why he was checking various things. In the end, the cost for repair was too high to really justify doing the work and he recommended I get a new washer. That said, he was professional, prompt, honest, and insightful - really recommend him for your next repair call.

My washer all of a sudden stopped draining one evening around 7pm so I got on Yelp trying to find someone still open to get a quote on the repair. I was surprised to find JSB still taking calls.
