As it turns out, the newer refrigerators with computer control will completely stop working when a control board goes bad. After searching Yelp, I phoned JSB Appliance Repair and Sasha was able to come out that day! Of course these parts are very specific to different fridges, so they had to be ordered. My parents had issue with their refrigerator, I called Sasha and he came over same day and made the necessary repairs.
